Sessions

I know how hard it can be to reach out which is why I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation for us to discuss your needs and be sure that I am the right fit for you.

I currently offer Face to Face sessions from my counselling room in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Situated within a 6 minute walk from Eastleigh Railway Station, it has good transport links with the surrounding areas including Chandlers Ford, Southampton and Winchester. There is limited free offroad parking available locally (be sure to check the parking signs) and Romsey Road Pay and Display Car Park is a 2-minute walk away.
